The practical grill ring is made of a high quality stainless steel and offers plenty of space for steaks, sausages or grill skewers. For a warm fire, you can use wood, charcoal or briquettes. Furthermore, the fire bowl, like the frame, is made of 3 mm steel in an attractive rust look and blends in perfectly with its surroundings thanks to its timeless design.

Regardless of whether you burn wood or charcoal, the greatest heat develops in the center of the fire bowl. This creates different heat zones on the grill ring: Inside with very high temperatures - perfect for juicy, grilled steaks. The steel outside is cooler. Here you can cook more tender types of meat at a sufficient distance from the open fire. Poultry and fish à la plancha also stay nice and juicy here and get a mouth watering flavour!

Maintenance

COR-TEN has served as weathering steel(atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel). It has successfully overcome rust, steel's most weakest, by capitalizing on its unique "rust cures rust" function. When exposed to the atmosphere without painting, COR-TEN begins to rust in the same way as ordinary steel. But soon the alloying elements in COR-TEN cause a protective surface layer of fine-textured rust to form, thereby suppressing corrosion rate.

How to maintain COR-TEN steel products?

The surface of the products have been treated.  There are a few stains at the beginning. Don't worry about this. It will become very few after several months.

• Cor-ten steel products require very little maintenance. The protective coating of rust over the metal means there's no need for painting or costly rust-prevention work. That protective coating also slows the rate of future corrosion.They can hold outside 365 days a year. No storaging needed.

• To prolong the life of corten steel products,  we recommend cleaning the steel with a sturdy brush as often as you can.

• Make sure your product is situated in a place where it can quickly dry after rain.
